Subscription and Auto-Renewal Terms
These Terms apply if Advotecate offers recurring paid plans, memberships, or other automatically renewing fees.
Last updated:
1. Checkout Disclosures
Before you purchase a recurring plan, Advotecate will provide the material terms of the offer, including the billing amount, the billing frequency, whether the plan renews automatically, and how to cancel. These Terms govern paid Advotecate software plans and other recurring fees, not recurring donations to campaigns or organizations.
2. Affirmative Consent
By enrolling in a recurring plan, you authorize Advotecate and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
A plan purchased online may be canceled online through account billing settings or the cancellation method identified at signup or in the billing acknowledgment. Users may also contact [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals after it is processed, but does not ordinarily reverse charges already incurred. Access may continue through the current paid period unless the plan-specific terms state otherwise.
4. Acknowledgments and Renewal Notices
After enrollment, Advotecate will provide an acknowledgment that can be retained and that includes the material renewal and cancellation terms. We will provide renewal, trial-ending, promotional-price-ending, or price-change notices when and within the time required by applicable law. Plan-specific terms presented at signup or in an order form supplement these Terms.
5. Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable plan or order form, subscription charges are non-refundable and prepaid amounts are not prorated. This section does not govern refunds of donations, which are addressed in the Donation and Fundraising Terms.
6. Contact
Billing or recurring-plan questions may be sent to [email protected].
